Heart to Heart Hospice

Our bereavement program is for Heart to Heart Hospice families after a patient passes as well as anyone who is grieving in their immediate community circle. The goal of the program is to provide counsel, education and resources throughout ones grief process. As a bereavement volunteer, you will work along side of our Bereavement Coordinator in assisting with mailings, follow-up calls and documentation. This is a great opportunity for those who have experience with the grief process or who are looking to gain more knowledge in helping others with grief healing. This would also be great for a person who is wanting to keep up to date on their counseling experience.
