Educational Tutor
ALIGN COMMUNITY
Though this is an ongoing need, this service was created in response to the challenges faced by our local students due to the pandemic. Distance learning has hindered many of them in fulling grasping the material they are being taught and this tutoring is meant to supplement the virtual instruction they are recieving.
As an organization we have taken all necessary precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The truth is that some students need in-person instruction in order to thrive and we want them all to thrive. Any amount of time that can be volunteered investing in the education of our youth would be greatly appreciated.

Description
We are a group of community stakeholders, dedicated to providing gap services to the community. We offer a variety of services that are organized within our two main initiatives, C.H.O.I.C.E.S. (Youth Empowerment and Devlopment) and R.E.S.E.T. (Community Reentry Services and Alternatives to Incarceration). As the needs of the community evolve, so do our programs and services. Currently we are in immediate need of volunteers to assist in our free after school tutoring program. There are many other areas to get involved, contact us today and help Align Community fulfill our vision of "Changing the world...one community at a time".
