Comida For Familias, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 2019. Our mission is to develop and improve communities through the innovative use of technology with the knowledge and skills of trained individuals. We are motivated by the idea that technology can be utilized to bring people and communities together to solve humanities’ most basic needs. About the position

Individuals who plan and conduct food service or nutritional programs to assist in the promotion of health and control of disease are welcome to join Comida For Familias, Inc. The organization plans to publish videos and articles educating the public on how to meet their nutritional needs while on a budget, with an occasional "cheat day" dish. Diversity is encouraged, so volunteers are welcomed to cook, bake, broil, grill, etc. any meals that is part of their culture.

For this role, it is suggested that the volunteer:

• be comfortable in front of the camera for photos and videos
• be able to record videos with a resolution of 1080p
• enjoy preparing meals and talking about nutrition
• be able to speak (the language doesn't matter, because we do translations.)
• be able to write about the dish

Do you have the ability to?

• Evaluate the nutritional needs of clients.
• Charting nutrition plans needed for our apps.
• Researching the pros and cons of nutrition ideas keeping health and fitness as a priority.
• Provide consulting role when needed in teams or by the business through webinars, seminars or group discussions.

Best if you have

• Knowledge of latest nutritional diets and trends.
• Knowledge of research methods, human physiology and biochemistry.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
