Our Volunteer Relations HR Volunteer essential function is to provide go-to people (Volunteer) resources for volunteer engagement, support, and issue resolution methods.


Key Responsibilities:

• Depending on organizational coverage structure for your Region's Volunteer Relations Team (geographic, virtual, departmental lines of business, operational) within your area of responsibility.
• Implement corporate Red Cross Human Resources and Office of Volunteer Services policies and procedures.
• Understands and articulates the importance of a fair and harassment-free workplace.
• Explain appropriate Red Cross policies and procedures as related to Volunteer Relations during Steady including utilization of Regional Volunteer Services Issue Resolution Toolkit materials.
• Conduct appropriate investigation, documentation, and resolution when a complaint involves a volunteer
• Coordinates with and supports Human Resource Partners
