Our Volunteer Relations HR Volunteer essential function is to provide go-to people (Volunteer) resources for volunteer engagement, support, and issue resolution methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Depending on organizational coverage structure for your Region's Volunteer Relations Team (geographic, virtual, departmental lines of business, operational) within your area of responsibility.
- Implement corporate Red Cross Human Resources and Office of Volunteer Services policies and procedures.
- Understands and articulates the importance of a fair and harassment-free workplace.
- Explain appropriate Red Cross policies and procedures as related to Volunteer Relations during Steady including utilization of Regional Volunteer Services Issue Resolution Toolkit materials.
- Conduct appropriate investigation, documentation, and resolution when a complaint involves a volunteer
- Coordinates with and supports Human Resource Partners
