The population we serve varies from newly arrived immigrants, to more established individuals in the community- working with over 14 different nationalities. We typically serve over 100 families per week at the Chicago Food Pantry location. And now as millions of people are facing economic hardships due to the covid pandemic, food pantries, including ours, have seen a huge surge in the number of people seeking supplemental food assistance. ICNA Relief offices have been stepping up our services to address the current challenges that our disadvantaged community members have been facing.
