Volunteers needed for community project! There’s a role for everyone who wants to help at Strong Attitudes Supporting Sistahs, Inc. Strong Attitudes Supporting Sistahs, Inc. is a new and growing non-profit committed to the empowerment of black single mothers through access to community resources and encouraging mothers throughout their motherhood journey. Our goal at Strong Attitudes Supporting Sistahs, Inc. is to uplift black single mothers by giving new mothers a motherhood tribe to learn and grow with throughout their motherhood journey.


More about the position: Lead Volunteers/Floaters are required to complete a variety of different tasks, including assisting with marketing, fundraising efforts, administrative duties, and team projects. Lead Volunteers demonstrate commitment to the organization’s mission. Assist with marketing efforts. Assist with community engagement efforts by providing information to the public. Work closely with other staff members on projects towards shared targets. Maintain effective records of work undertaken, keeping notes accurate and up-to date.
