Do you enjoy helping in your community? Are you an animal lover? Have experience working in an office environment? Come volunteer at Pasco County Animal Services!
We're looking for volunteers willing and able to assist in office work within our Pet Licensing Department. The work would entail primarily Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays, between working hours of 8a-5p. Don't worry though, you don't have to volunteer all day long...unless you'd like to of course!
Some Tasks May Include:
- Typing & Printing Addresses on Envelopes
- Auditing Addresses for Accuracy
- Customer Service
- Printing Reminder Post Cards for Pet Owners
- Sorting/Handling Mail
- Answering Phones
- Other Duties as Assigned

- morning / 08:00 AM to 11:45 AM
- afternoon / 12:00 PM to 04:00 PM

Our goal is to save 90% of the adoptable animals that come into the shelter. We strive to create community outreach and partnerships to educate Pasco County residents on responsible pet ownership. Our volunteers are an integral part of creating a loving and supportive environment for all shelter pets while they wait to find their forever homes.
