Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago
Become a Big! Big Brothers Big Sisters is a one-to-one mentoring program for children 7-14. Each volunteer, or 'Big', is matched with a child, or 'Little' based on gender identity, interest and location. We are looking for men and women in DuPage County. This can be done fully virtually.
Community Based Mentoring:
Bigs and Littles spend quality time on fun, appropriate and parent approved outings like sharing local culture, exploring new educational opportunities, or developing new skills and hobbies. Outings are on your schedule, 2-4 times a month for a minimum of one year. Big Brothers Big Sisters offers full support of this match through the training and an assigned Match Support Specialist who will check in with you on a monthly basis.
