IT Systems and CRM/ERP Integration Specialist (Pro Bono)

Rising International is looking for an IT Systems and CRM/ERP Integration Specialist (Pro Bono) for about 6 hours a week to support our efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Review current CRM and assess its effectiveness in line with Rising's operations and business model
- Develop deep understanding of the various databases
- Establish knowledge of current dataflow and suggest improvements. Streamline data flow and reporting formats.
- Simplify and integrate various IT systems.
- Lead the website improvement project in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be a guide on all IT matters for the team.
Person specification: Manage IT teams and projects Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems Experienced in e-commerce solutions Experienced with IT systems integrations Knowledge of Salesforce (desirable) or similar Experience of direct sales software a plus

Description
Poverty has a woman’s face. Across the street, and across the world its women and girls who are suffering the most. In addition, its women who are bearing the brunt of economic and social fallout from COVID-19. We created the Rising America Program to provide women in the United States with business and life skills to change their own lives, while also changing lives in communities around the world.
The Rising America program serves women living in extreme poverty, experiencing homelessness, lack of community support or connections, have suffered gender-based violence, and/or are victims of human trafficking. We offer participants three social entrepreneurial paths to self-sufficiently.
Path One - Rising Artisan - Participants learn to make the Safe and Sound bracelet. The bracelet is exclusively made by survivors of human trafficking, homelessness and transition-age foster youth.
Path Two- Rising Rep - Participants receive on-going business training and mentoring to run their own online Rising International businesses that also support women artisans in over 20 countries.
Path Three - Rising Expert - Survivors of human trafficking lead online human trafficking prevention workshops.
Over 5000 women entrepreneurs both locally and globally have participated in Rising programs.
