Help neighbors access our Food Shelf by bringing it directly to them. Volunteer drivers are needed to pickup pre-packed orders and deliver them to recipient's doorstep in a contact-free manner. Note, may deliveries will require entry into apartment complex to deliver to the recipient’s door.
The Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners food shelf allows qualified residents of Hamel, Long Lake, Medicine Lake, Medina, Minnetonka Beach, Orono, Plymouth, and Wayzata to shop for needed food and nonfood items.
Our mission is to engage the heart and will of our community to respond to emergency needs and create opportunities for all to thrive. Our vision is to build a vibrant community where everyone counts and all sectors and systems work together for the good of all.
Since 1979, Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners has been making an impact in 8 west suburban Hennepin communities. The organization provides both emergency and long-term solutions around food and clothing, housing, employment, child care, transportation, and connections to other resources. Learning and service opportunities engage individuals, businesses, schools, faith communities, civic groups, health systems, and foundations. Together, Interfaith Outreach and its partners create opportunities for all to thrive.
