The Houston Humane Society Pet Pantry supports Houston residents in caring for their pets by providing free pet food and supplies to those well-meaning pet owners needing assistance, especially those falling on difficult financial times due to COVID-19. We have supplied over 3 MILLION MEALS to hungry pets... and counting!

OPEN TO ALL AGES FOR VOLUNTEERING. NO COURT-ORDERED HOURS, PLEASE.
Meet us at the following locations and times to assist in handing out food to the pet owners needing assistance. Volunteers are recommended to bring sunscreen, a hat or sunglasses, and water with them as these events are outdoors. Please wear a mask during COVID and practice social distancing.

The Houston Humane Society receives no federal, state, or local funding and is not affiliated with any other local or national animal welfare groups. The HHS relies solely on private donations to support its programs.
How Can You Help? As unfathomable as it sounds, animal cruelty is a very prevalent issue in the world today. With your help we can reduce animal suffering throughout the Houston area. Adoption, volunteering, education, participating in our special events, or making a donation to help support our programs, are all ways you can help HHS make a difference in lives of abused, homeless, and neglected animals. - Must be at least 10
- You must stay for the whole shift. We serve up to 200 families at a time, drive through style and we'll keep going until the food runs out or no more cars come.
