Mission Statement
The mission of the SecuritynextGen program is to be the bridge to connect young professionals with senior security professionals, security technology manufacturers, innovation and technology, government, and academia. The objective is to develop critical thinking human capital and guide them concerning the importance of security corporate challenges, creating ideas to resolve issues such as security supply chain, insider threat, active shooter, corruption, travel security, smart secure cities, school safety, terrorism, human trafficking, deep fake and more...! We are the bridge that new generations needs to resolve a specific challenge for the future. During our hackathon events participants can create and develop apps and solutions using all emerging technologies and innovation combined with strategy and creativity to build better and safer world.
Description
Security NextGen, a non-profit organization which gives a unique experience on innovation, technology and creativity where participants around the world are transforming the future of their communities, and specializes in the following disciplines:
Promotes entrepreneurial spirit by bringing together individual or group creativity, emerging technologies and innovation to solve problems in modern societies, that our New Generation face today including crime and violence in all forms.
Our initiative is "unique" as we work with the STEM ecosystem, academic institutions, government, private sector and communities to define challenges and evaluate current problems to resolve with creative solutions in the short term.
Our values are oriented in inclusion and diversity, human rights, ethics and transparency so that future generations can benefit from educational activities and development opportunities for their future. For this reason, participants experience an open and free environment to explore the many challenging problems and their ideas for their possible solutions.
