You will participate in different advocacy activities such as meetings with legislators and their staff, writing letters on policy issues, online advocacy and community events. As a part of a national organization, you will be part of an essential group of advocates that has contributed to improving care, support, and research for Alzheimer's and other dementias.
Furthermore, advocates participate in yearly advocacy trips to Sacramento and Washington D.C. Local and national policy staff are ready to train and support new advocates.
