We are currently looking for volunteer supervisors. Community service and internship credit are available. As a volunteer supervisor, you will need to be able to:
- Volunteer at least 6 hours a week/24 hours month
- Supervise Coordinators and volunteer teams
- Coordinate organization led projects and events
- Check, review and give feedback on volunteers work
- Assist in delegating work to volunteers
- Help onboard new volunteers
- Respond to emails in a timely manner
- facilitate volunteer meetings and trainings
- Serve as Liaison between Board of Directors and volunteers
Requirements:
- Must have experience working with youth
- Must be between the ages of 18-25
- Available to work at least 8 hours a week /24 hours a month
- Good organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work on teams
- Be able to handle heavy email traffic
- Good at multitasking
- Must be available during school year
- Experience with social media, grant writing or event planning is a plus
*Subject to a background check as position involves interaction with youth

The organization partners, collaborates, develops workshops, lesson plans and symposiums to support the process.
