Job Description: Strategize and implement human resources (volunteer recruitment) efforts for Doing Good.

Time Involved: Approximately 5 hours/month.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the HR Committee to recruit and retain Doing Good volunteers.

Activities

Those who have especially enjoyed and successfully held Assistant Director roles are those who work in project management and/or are seeking project management experience.

  • Partner with the HR Director.
  • Manage the operations of the HR Committee.
  • Coordinate the human resources efforts of Doing Good, focused on volunteer recruitment.
  • Participate in monthly HR Committee call to share, discuss, strategize, plan, and carry out Doing Good HR activities.
  • Participate in monthly Doing Good Operations conference call to share, discuss, and strategize needs for upcoming Doing Good activities with others throughout the nonprofit.
  • Use Google Drive.
