We have a great Volunteer Opportunity that you can do from the comfort of your own home. What we need are volunteers to do quick check-ins with our Community Partners. You would be responsible for contacting a list of 15-20 of our community organizations. The list of organization will be provided to you along with a short script to help guide the conversation. The main purpose of this call is to thank them for their partnership with us, confirm contact information (address, email) and ask if families are coming into their offices. If yes, we would then need you to ask if we would be able to drop off flyers at their organization. You will record all this information on a form that will also be provided to you as well. If you are interested in helping with this project please email Maritssa Torres at mtorres@cpcd.org

Mission Statement
CPCD prepares children for success in school and life by providing excellent comprehensive early childhood services in partnership with diverse families and the community.
Description
CPCD is committed to the comprehensive early childhood development model, which is at the basis of its successful Head Start and Early Head Start programs. CPCD serves just under 2,000 prenatal through five-year-old at-risk, low-income and special needs children and their families. We operate classrooms in six school districts. Our two generation approach provides parents with education, services and training to help them be their child's first and best teacher. Community volunteers 12 and older join us year round to change the lives of our most vulnerable citizens.
