We are looking for a Data Privacy and Security Training Specialist to join our team and help us to implement team wide security education, security/privacy awareness programs and training programs within the HHP community.

Responsibilities

The Privacy/Security Education and Training Specialist will be responsible for the Support, development, review, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s guiding documentation, dissemination and presentation of security education materials that provide blended learning opportunities.

Assistance to create new training materials and videos as processes or policies change.

Maintain completion of training records and report training metrics as needed.

Partner with internal administrators and developers to maintain and troubleshoot the training system.

Onboard volunteers into the training system and willing to help answer questions.

Oversee ongoing process improvements/adjustments needed to make the training process more efficient and effective.

Requirements

Bachelor's degrees in a related area or equivalent experience and 2-5 years related experience

Certifications like CTTS, CTT+ or any Security awareness training (good to have)

Experience in Technical training and/or technical customer service

Must be familiar with security policy/manuals and the appropriate guiding policy documents

Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, initiative requiring minimal supervision
