We are looking for a Learning and development Support Lead to join our HR team. We are a progressive team who continually seek out innovative and fresh ideas to ensure the work we do is meaningful and positively influences company wide cultural change.

Responsibilities

As a Learning and development support lead you will oversee all training programs, and actively search, design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance and recognize performance all the way through to evaluation.

Enhance succession planning by instigating individual career development programs.

Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.

Strong presentation skills.


Requirements

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.

Ability to design and implement effective training and development.

Preferred BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university
