We are looking for an e-commerce administrator who can help optimize and maintain our VTEX platform to enable us to deliver more PPE to essential workers and others who need it.
This administrator should have prior experience maintaining a platform on an e-commerce system such as Shopify, BigCommerce or Magento. The administrator will be working with a dedicated team including software engineers, frontline support, product owner, and backend logistics staff.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining product catalog
- Pricing and SKU management
- Making changes to our site CMS
- Updating the customer database
- Troubleshooting issues related to the platform
Training on our platform (VTEX) will be provided.
