Assignment

To complete configuration of the Salesforce platform for Everyone for Veterans (E4V).

To organize our data and streamline our processes to make the veteran application and assignment process more efficient. This will expedite our ability to serve more veterans in need by connecting them to volunteers in the community.

Wingman Program Manager

Participate in a weekly 1 hour meeting with the E4V staff. Research solutions and configure Salesforce to perform the required processes.

1. Create Salesforce reports and flows needed by E4V.
2. Connect veteran applications on the E4V website with the Salesforce database.
3. Work with E4V’s staff members on other Salesforce initiatives and questions as needed.

Approximately 3-5 hours per week which includes a 1 hour weekly meeting for a minimum of 3 months or as long as you like.

1. Interest in improving the lives of veterans and learning about E4V and our programs.
2. Ability to be creative and utilize the Salesforce community to customize solutions for E4V.
3. Knowledge of Salesforce configuration.
4. Must have at least 2 years of Salesforce coding/developing experience.

A minimum 1 hour of orientation will be provided to share the current status of E4V’s Salesforce platform and our current needs.

This volunteer position is fully remote and the volunteer hours are flexible. The weekly meeting will occur one day a week between the hours of 7:00am-6:00pm PST and will be set based on your availability.
