Hi,

We are launching "Renaissance Sri Lanka" in March this year.

We are going to run a super strong international communication campaign, so we need staff.

We are looking for a Program Manager :

Reporting to the Executive Director, you have a special affinity with Sri Lanka and wish to contribute to its economic and human development. You are committed to helping the success of ethical, ecological, feminist and sustainable projects.

Your main missions are the following:

Manage the projects financed by the association in collaboration with the Program Director and the Sri Lankan project managers.
Identify new partners and Sri Lankan associations to collaborate with.
Determine the conditions of collaboration with new Sri Lankan partners / associations, define the Project Planning and partnership agreements.
To work with the Finance and Administration Manager for the relations with the foundations (funding applications, activity reports).
Write the contents / reports to be published on the progress and results of the projects, on the website and social networks.
Identify and manage the relationship with Sri Lankan partners, producers of content for the website and social networks. Manage content production. Coordinate with the Communication & Marketing department.

Renaissance Sri Lanka contributes to the development of Sri Lanka with the financial aid provided by Donors who are from Sri Lanka or abroad, and have a common love of Sri Lanka and a common desire to develop the country in an ethical way, and to prepare Sri Lanka to confront the major challenges of the future (climate change, environment degradation, societal transformations brought on by technological disruptions, etc).

Donors can meet and brainstorm together through Renaissance Sri Lanka’s digital platform.

Renaissance Sri Lanka offers content freely to its Donors, breaking down the country’s identity, values, traditions, its heritage, its challenges, its unique talent in science and engineering.

Renaissance Sri Lanka offers unique quality entertainment around which donors bond and exchange.
