Who Are We? ReDefiners is a pioneering non-profit organization with the goal of developing a compassionate community of global citizens, who are both economically and socially responsible, through world language and cultural enrichment. Education in global communication is paramount in developing cognitive skills, creating opportunities for upward mobility, and establishing a foundation to excel in an ever increasing globalized society. We strive to provide local language learning opportunities in Arabic, English, Spanish and Mandarin through our enrichment programs to youth and adults, regardless of socioeconomic background.
Position Title: Enrollment Assistant
Purpose of Position: The Enrollment Assistant is responsible for providing key communication support with prospective students and assist them in enrolling students in classes with ReDefiners remotely.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Work specific shifts to provide Web Chat Support for in-bound inquiries
Respond to Inbound/Outbound Email Support
Assist with Inbound/Outbound Phone Support
Convert Prospective students to enrolled students
Data Entry
Maintain accurate and organized records
Length of Appointment: Ongoing; (6 month Min)

Support: ● Program Coordinators will provide direct guidance and task related training where applicable
Requirements
Bilingual; English and Spanish, Arabic or Mandarin preferred
Friendly and customer service oriented
Proactive work ethic
Able to maintain accurate and organized records
Able to work well independently and within a team environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills; oral and written
Proficient with Google Drive and online data management
Experience with Salesforce or related CRM platform preferred

Founded by a full-time educator, parent, and advocate for language learning, ReDefiners is a non-profit organization that prides itself in being a pioneer in the early language education programing in Hillsborough County. The organization is made up of qualified teachers, international student volunteers and business professionals who are passionate about language and cultural education. We offer language classes in Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish and English to youth and adults.
