In 2021 the Veterans Helping Veterans (VHV) organization of Homestead, PA will kick off the first of their annual Veteran Wellness Festival & Memorial Motorcycle Run. The festival will have the renowned OVN's Veterans Village, full of support organizations, entertainment, prize drawings, food, fun, and much more!! The motorcycle run will be a round trip from the Waterfront to the National Cemetary of the Alleghanies.
So, we are looking for Veterans, military, family members, and those in the community that has a passion to help our veterans! The duty is helping set-up a street festival, helping direct traffic, park cars, hand out information, etc... so it's just general support we need not specific skills required.
If anyone would like to help in promoting or marketing the event, simply putting up flyers, sharing on social media, etc... please let us know as we can always use more help!
Please note: All workers must comply with any state required COVID-19 preventive measures implemented, while our vent is vital in helping our veterans, everyone's safety is just as important. (Details will be provided when we get closer to event day)

Operation Vet NOW (OVN) Inc. is a dedicated national non-profit Veterans support organization developed to focus on the health and wellness of our U.S. Veterans regardless of era served, specializing in the areas of Combat-Related Stress issues as well as Mental Health concerns stemming from military service. OVN provides timely support via large-scale health and wellness fairs, designed to facilitate the increase of awareness, education, and screening of our warfighters and their immediate family members. Additionally, OVN will provide aid, when possible, to select organizations with similar objectives to OVN. At Operation Vet NOW Inc. we are dedicated to improving the health and wellness of our US military veterans, with specific emphasis those suffering from i the areas of Combat-Related Stress issues as well as Mental Health concerns stemming from military service. OVN’s primary objective is planning, funding, and executing Health & Wellness fairs for veterans and their families, educate, connect, and inform on various aspects pertaining to Combat Stress and mental-health issues. The health and wellness fairs will be held once a year in each market identified. These fairs will be funded through the fundraising efforts of, and the donations too, the OVN organization.
