Are you looking for a friendly place and great people to share your amazing customer service skills with?

SOAR365 is seeking one or more volunteers who can help to provide front desk coverage at our Saunders location when the regular receptionist(s) are not available. Tasks include answering phones, transferring calls, greeting arriving program participants, assisting with deliveries, and other daily tasks.

This is an on-call opportunity. Volunteers who are available for occasional on-call coverage can choose morning shift (8:30-12), afternoon shift (12:30-4:30) or all day.

The reception area has been enclosed in plexiglass to protect front desk personnel. All CDC protocols (face masks, physical distancing, regular cleaning of surfaces, etc.) are enforced and supplies are provided.

Interested volunteers must attend orientation, complete human rights training, and also complete task-specific training with the regular receptionist.

Programs and services include: Pediatric Therapy Services; Adult & Youth Day Services; Workforce Development Services; and Residential (Summer Camp and Respite) Services.
