Helping Hands is intended to help the most at-risk
Helping Hands Community scales to serve people in need through local partnerships with food banks, healthcare providers, and other service organizations. Partner Success is a critical function to ensure that partners are onboarded, enabled, and supported to successfully use the Helping Hands Community products built for organizations. We are looking for technically savvy Partner Success Managers who will work with East Coast Helping Hands Community partner organizations to drive successful outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
Support partners through their journey with Helping Hands Community and serve as partner product subject matter experts
Manage active HHC partners to coordinate schedules, collect feedback, troubleshoot, and collaborate on the future direction
Plan and run the free pilot with new partners to get an operational and financial baseline to make home deliveries with our platform
Onboard and train partner users for self-service
Continue to manage delivery events for partners who do not have the resources to self serve
Champion partner perspectives and works closely with Product to define ideal partner journey and product development needs
Jump in to quickly to address immediate partner needs
Qualifications:
A passionate individual who can bring both empathy and operational rigor to support partners who serve the most vulnerable to COVID-19.
Comfortable being hands-on, detail-orientated, and shifting between the tactical and strategic to get things done.
2+ years experience managing partner accounts and related success metrics
3+ years account management experience with B2B enterprise tools
Comfort with web-based spreadsheets, file sharing, and collaboration tools a plus.
Ability to commit up to 5-10 hours/week for the next 2-3 months. Availability to support East Coast partners during weekday business hours is required.

Helping Hands Community is a team of volunteers that have mobilized to help slow the spread of Covid-19. The majority of volunteers are devoting time outside of their other job to support the Helping Hands Community. The demands for a leadership role like this requires someone who can devote up to 5-10 hours/week to this job. Because the team is dispersed across the country and due to the unique hours individuals are working, frequent use of communication channels like Slack and email is critical to ensure no one is bottlenecking decisions or tasks.

Helping Hands Community is a non-profit organization created to slow the spread of COVID-19 through tech-enabled, community volunteerism. We connect people who must shelter in place with those who can safely deliver critical items (like food, medicine, or household goods) and provide various forms of assistance (like dog-walking, mail pick-ups, or conversations). By facilitating these connections, we can help protect neighbors from contracting severe illness, and each other from an overwhelmed healthcare system.
Founded by a diverse group of volunteers - including both veterans of Uber, Facebook, and Google and students beginning their careers - Helping Hands is built and operated by a team of over 100 volunteers around the world with backgrounds in engineering, design, operations, marketing, and policy. We have experience building solutions for scale, and we're using that knowledge to help communities shelter in place while still getting what they need to remain comfortable.
The current health crisis is unprecedented. We must continue to protect our families, our loved ones, and our fellow community members. We are all in this together, and together, there is a lot of good we can do.
