We have two different opportunities to Help Feed Our Families!
The RMHC provides a hot dinner every night for all guest staying at the house. We keep a fully stocked pantry for breakfast, lunch and snacks for our families to access.
One way to support the House is to become a "Pantry Partner". This is most often done with organizations, but can be supported by an individual/family as well. Being a Pantry Partner means choosing a month you would like to collect food items for the House. We keep it simple and send a list of requested items and items can be dropped off to the House.
Another way to support the RMHC is to become a Meal Volunteer. Chose an evening, individuals or groups (4 or less) can come in and prepare dinner for the families. You can do this by bringing all the food items and preparing it in our commercial kitchen OR bringing prepared food from a restaurant or a Costco, as an example. We ask that dinner be ready for our families by 6p.

Description
The Ronald McDonald House, Toledo's home away from home, offers families who travel to Toledo for their children's specialized medical care a warm, safe, clean, and friendly environment. The newly constructed RMH has 28 private bedrooms and bathrooms, a spacious kitchen with a well-stocked pantry, family friendly dining and living rooms, children's play area, laundry facilities, playground and secure parking. We serve over 500 families each year, with the average length of stay being 8 days.
