As a Human Resources Representative with Lift Career Resources Center, this individual will report directly to the Executive Director and be responsible for recruitment, screen, interview, and assistance with placement of Mentor, Mentee and volunteer positions. The HR Representative will also be responsible for tasks related to monitoring program activities and assist the Executive Director and new volunteers, mentors, mentees with orientations, training, and provide updates on program related matters.

Description

Lift Career Resource Center is a non-profit organization developed to help youth who are aging out of foster care, founded in December 2017.
Provides 1 year mentorship programs for emancipated youth between ages of 18-25 years old.
Provides life skills, career mapping, education, and community resources
Our goal is to make a positive impact in giving back to our community and city.
