Helping Hands Community is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving those most vulnerable to COVID-19: senior citizens, the immunocompromised, and people with preexisting medical conditions that put them at additional risk. Our technology platform empowers community partners-including food banks and pantries, health care providers, and city and county governments-to deliver groceries and other essential supplies at scale through our network of delivery partners and volunteers in our efforts to help us identify and reach those in need. We make local volunteerism easy and reliable while providing an easily integrated, tech-enabled solution for partners to scale their impact. Founded by veterans of Uber, Facebook, and Google, the Helping Hands Community organization comprises more than 150 volunteers from professionals who want to give back to students beginning their careers from around the country.

About the Role:

The Partner Success team provides onboarding, support, and account management to ensure that partner organizations are successful with the HHC platform to serve their communities. As a Partner Success Manager, you will guide new partners through their pilot, onboard partner users to the platform, and manage the on-going relationship and advocate for their needs. This role is absolutely critical to scaling our platform and reaching a larger population of those most vulnerable to COVID-19.

What You'll Do:
  • Support partners throughout their journey with Helping Hands Community
  • Work closely with new partners on the planning, pilot, and operation of our solution in their setting
  • Monitor, measure and communicate pilot progress to establish partner's operational and financial baseline
  • Identify opportunities to optimize delivery events and results, and champion partner needs internally with HHC product development teams
Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience managing partner accounts and related success metrics
  • 3+ years account management experience with B2B enterprise tools
  • Passionate individual who can bring both empathy and operational rigor to support partners who serve the most vulnerable to COVID-19.
  • Comfortable being hands-on, detail-orientated, and shifting between the tactical and strategic to get things done.
  • Comfort with web-based spreadsheets, file sharing, and collaboration tools a plus.
  • Ability to commit up to 5-10 hours/week for the next 2-3 months. Availability to support partners during weekday business hours required.
Commitment To The Team:

Helping Hands Community is a team of volunteers that have mobilized to help slow the spread of Covid-19. The majority of volunteers are devoting time outside of their other job to support Helping Hands Community. The demands for a role like this requires someone who can devote 5-10 hours / week to this job. Because the team is dispersed across the country and due to the unique hours individuals are working, frequent use of communication channels like Slack and email are critical to ensure no one is bottlenecking decisions or tasks.
