While the global pandemic has taken its toll on small businesses everywhere, many of these hardships have been felt more acutely by women- and minority-owned businesses. In 2021, we have designed our program to support women-and-minority-owned firms at the time of crisis. We have redesigned our training and counseling efforts to focus on rebuilding small firms owned by women during this depression tied to the COVID-19.
