We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to support our digital marketing efforts Your responsibilities will include tracking online marketing trends, collecting and analyzing data (i.e. SM, google analytics), developing campaign strategies, optimizing and reporting online campaign performance.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.

Testing campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance.

Developing and presenting learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations.

Monitoring and analyzing digital media and marketing trends.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Self-starter, works Well independently and within a team environment

Knowledge of digital, social and mobile marketing principles within the context of broader mass communications

Experience in using analytics to effectively drive digital strategy

Experience in requirements gathering and documentation for web analytics implementation including KPI development, tagging and report automation.

Intermediate level capabilities with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics

2. Expand the organization’s reach in serving communities across Canada

3. Increase funding and obtain a sustainable financial base to drive program growth

4. Extend support to underserved developing countries in the Caribbean and Africa (in longer term)
