Seeking compassionate and friendly individuals to join our virtual Disaster Action Teams
Virtual Disaster Action Team Members:
- Assist families to obtain resources in their time of need from home!
- Maintain lines of communication with disaster team and supervisors
- Serve diverse clients who have just experienced an emergency
- Utilize online case management system to take notes
- Receive free virtual training and have flexibility to match your schedule
- Gain valuable experience while making a difference
Minimum requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- Four - 12 hour On Call shifts/month (equates to about 2-3 worked hours a month)
- Professional, clear and friendly communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Comfortable with speaking on the phone and using computers or tablets
