Mission Statement

Wave Learning Festival is committed to combating educational inequity. We believe in a world where any student -- regardless of socioeconomic background -- has access to the resources they need to succeed in school, explore new interests, and ignite a love for learning.

Description

Wave Learning Festival is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit combatting long-standing educational inequities exacerbated by the pandemic, by providing free tutoring, classes, college application help, career mentorship, summer programming, and more. Since our launch a year ago, we’ve already served 13,000+ students from all 50 US states and partnered with 600+ schools, libraries, and organizations serving low-income and first-generation students to ensure our resources reach those who need them most. Most importantly, we are dedicated to providing community and human capital to every student, and supporting them in their journey of scholarship and empowerment.
