Cleveland Opera Theater is Cleveland premier opera company. Although we are producing opera at a professional level, we have a very small team. We implemented Google Analytics in May 2020 and have been trying to utilize the data to improve our website and digital marketing (which right now is primarily social media). We're at a point where we need someone who can dig deeper into the analytics to explain to our Marketing Manager (me) how we can make strategic changes to our website.
On top of the Google Analytics, we are aware our SEO is fairly basic. We need someone who has an understanding of SEO to assist with ensuring we're maximizing our potential.
