This coordinator might be making several calls, texts, or emails to our pool of Cat Transporters to set up and schedule transportation for a variety of reasons. This position will work with the Medical Director, Intake Coordinators, and Foster Coordinators to make sure our cats are safely transported to wherever they need to go. Most of the locations will be in Northeast Mass; in the Waltham/Watertown/Belmont/Arlington/Newton/Brighton area.
The position entails facilitating any transportation of cats needed, including:

To control the local feral (undomesticated) cat population through Trap-Neuter-Return-Maintain (TNRM) programs and to facilitate the adoption of stray and abandoned cats and kittens into responsible permanent homes through our foster care and adoption programs.
We are an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit and we rescue stray and abandoned cats in the greater Waltham, MA area and try to find them loving homes.
