Training Administrative Support
Under the supervision of the Training Manager, the Training Administrative Support Member will assist with the following:
Recording attendance and evaluations for training classes into Salesforce and Litmos (training for both functions provided).
Creating digital evaluations that are sent to training participants after each session
Creating virtual Zoom links for upcoming courses and sending invitations with links to participants
Reviewing training attendance records and creating invoices for late cancelations
Developing training course descriptions and adding new courses to OneOC training catalog
Help develop content and design the monthly training newsletter.
Previous administrative experience and/or strong organizational skills.
Strong communication skills both written and verbally
Salesforce experience desired, training provided.
Working knowledge and/or interest in Learning Management Systems preferred
Nonprofit experience or willingness to learn and engage in the nonprofit sector.
Typically possesses some experience related to program coordinating and administrative support. They should have an interest in learning more about training and organizational development as well as how to support nonprofits through strategic training and skill development.
