Hello, and thank you for your interest in the TUGI Digital Media Team! As a part of the Digital Media Team, you would be the part of our Marketing team who specializes in making content for our social media platforms. There are some basic expectations that we ask for our members, including:
-Make 1-2 Tik Toks a week (not necessarily post 2 Tik Toks, but make them for 'drafts')
-Make 1 youtube video every 2 weeks
-Be comfortable using basic video editing software
-Have experience with social media platforms like Instagram and Tik Tok (you preferably would have used each for at least a month, but not required)

Mission Statement
The Urban Garden Initiative is a 501(c)(3) organization that aims to inspire and empower youth to achieve urban sustainability through a gardening-based program.
Description
We are an environmental nonprofit that aims to increase the environmental and sustainability education that youth are currently receiving. We have launched our workshop and program series at around 10+ schools and community centers currently, and are looking to expand our program to other cities and more youth. During these workshops we cover a variety of environmental and gardening topics ranging from climate change to food sustainability. We also help these schools and students to start a container garden as an easy and tangible way to grow their own food.
