1. Mission:
To create and publish a free easy to us interactive mobile app for people who have lost loved ones to COVID19 or are grieving during this isolating pandemic to access free virtual grief support resources; including free virtual peer-led grief support groups/chats by type of loss experienced; including:
- Parent
- Grandparent
- Child
- Spouse/Partner
- LGBTQIA
- Sibling
- Friends
- Work Colleagues
- Healthcare Workers
- People with Disabilities
- Pet Loss
2. Update Existing App Tech & Resources to meet COVID19 Needs & Demand:
- My Grief Angels, with the help of volunteers, launched the first proximity based free mobile app enabling people grieving to create and reach out to their own local Grief Support Networks along with accessing links to other free online Grief Support Resources 24/7.
-Our initial award winning app, Grief Support Network, is outdated and the technology has changed along with the new needs/demands by people who have lost loved ones to COVID19 so looking for help in design, and publishing.

3. Mobile App Tech Platform - No Code Platform:
If you have access and experience in other platforms that you think may be better than what we are currently using - we are open to your suggestions, but currently based on suggestions by tech volunteers, and consultants, we have started design work using a NO CODE App creator - https://www.adalo.com/
4. Timeline:
This is a simple app but one that can be of service to many, so looking to do this update ASAP, and looking for help in:
- Design,
- Creating,
- Registration/Security Features,
- Testing,
- Future Updates Roles/Timeline,
- Publishing to Google Play, Amazon and Apple (current platform Adalo helps with that submission)
- Communications Outreach to get the word out.
5. Key Specs of the new app:
- Must Be Free
- Easy to Use
- Accessible to Most Cell Phones (not just the latest super phones)
- Ability to translate to other languages (Spanish, etc)
- Regisration/Security Features,
- Easy to add future updates,

In 2021 with the help of virtual volunteers recruited from here, we have launched 3 new free & non-advertiser supported grief support mobile apps on the Apple and Google App stores; including the following mobile apps:

My Grief Angels, a USA based 501 (c) (3) public charity, is an Online Grief Support Community for and by the over 100,000 people worldwide using our services/resources annually.
Thru new technologies and new delivery channels, My Grief Angels aims to empower, educate and enable anyone who is grieving anywhere worldwide to help themselves, their families, their friends, their communities and their workplace to better understand grief, the different types of grief, how grief can impact our health/families/work, how others have coped with their grief, and how new technology/social media can impact each of our own grief journeys.
