Thank you so much for your interest in volunteering for Meals on Wheels West and for your compassion in helping the vulnerable populations we serve during these trying times.

We deliver More Than a Meal on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We need volunteers for Mondays or Wednesdays. Pickup time from our office in Santa Monica is between 10:45 am - 11:45 am depending on the route. We deliver to Venice and Marina Del Rey. There is hidden hunger in even the most affluent places. Delivery time can take approximately 1 - 2 hours and each route has an average of 8-10 clients.
No one has contracted the covid 19 virus from volunteering with us. We follow strict Covid 19 protocols and procedures when volunteering.

The goal is simple...to assist neighbors in remaining in their own homes, living with independence and dignity for as long as possible.
Description
We delivers meals on a daily basis to those homebound and/or disabled persons who are unable to shop and cook for themselves.
