The Encore Fellowships Network
Encore Fellowships provide paid, transitional engagements in nonprofit organizations for those, typically 50+, with 20 plus years professional experience, who are considering retirement and wish to move to the sector.
If you have skills in IT, Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR, Data Analysis, Program or Project Management, nonprofits need your strategic and operational talent.
Learn more at https://encore.org/fellowships/fellow/and apply using the application in the Program Directory on the site.
Matches are made based on skills, interest, and availability of positions at non-profit hosts continually throughout the year. Positions constantly change and are throughout Texas. Fellowships are 1000 hours, typically part-time for a year, and include a $25,000 stipend, education on the sector and networking with a cohort of peers.

About The Encore Fellowships Network
We match skilled, seasoned professionals with social purpose organizations in high-impact, paid transitional assignments.
Encore Fellowships bring new sources of talent to organizations solving critical social problems. In paid, time-limited roles, fellows deliver a high-impact project, learn about social purpose work and develop contacts and resources for the future.
Encore.org is spearheading efforts to engage millions of people in later life as a vital source of talent to benefit society. Our ultimate goal is to create a better future for young people and future generations.
We'll work with your schedule.
This is a Virtual Opportunity, with no fixed address.
