- Design and create engaging social media posts
- Prepare monthly social media calendar and publish to our channels via scheduling/publishing tools
- Engage in group discussions and help build and nurture relationships with non-profits, doctors, healthcare workers and relevant rare diseases organizations and influencers online
- Write content in support of social media objectives
- Monitor performance, report on progress and recommend creative solutions to achieving our goals

Mission Statement
Bietti’s Crystalline Dystrophy (BCD) is a rare underdiagnosed disease that typically strikes in our twenties or thirties and could affect 100,000 people globally. Currently, there is no proven treatment; but we, as patients, are combining our efforts to find a cure. Our vision is to build an open community for BCD patients around the world, bring adaptive technology closer to the blind and the visually impaired, and accelerate research to find a cure for BCD with our combined effort and wisdom. Together, we can see sight saved.
Description
When three people touched by BCD were connected, a loving husband, a self-taught biotech scientist and a web designer collectively shared a vision to create the first BCD community. All of us either have a loved one suffering from this rare blinding disease called BCD, or ourselves are suffering from it, so we know how painful it is to live with an underdiagnosed rare disease that lacks attention and funding.
One of us started the Invincible Vision, a nonprofit organization dedicated to finding a cure, and we decided to build a global BCD community because we are all part of it. Along the way, we have been joined by more BCD patients, their families and friends around the world, who all believe in the invincible vision that we can find a treatment for this disease.
Their contributions have brought us this far, but for patients losing more of their sight every day, this is a race against time, and our effort alone may not be enough. We need your help to raise awareness for BCD, to support those coping with vision loss, and to fund research to find a treatment, which can ultimately lead to a cure.
