Hello,
CSM is currently looking for adult mentors interesting in working with our residents in need of support with housekeeping.
Since Covid-19 begun, alot of our residents are having issues with maintaining a clean and safe living condition for their families, so we decided to bring on a couple of mentors to assist with teach resident about cleaning products and how to use them via zoom.

Mentor and resident will meet once a week for a total of 3 weeks. Mentor will let us know how many individuals they would like to take on at once. all meetings are 1:1.

CSM will provide both mentor and resident with the same cleaning supplies. mentor is to go over each cleaning product how to use it and what it can be used on. mentor is allowed to model cleaning from their home and ask the resident to show products being used.
mentor should ask resident to have 3 goals (learn how to clean grease off of items, learn what products to use in the tube, etc) and mentor and resident will focus on those goals for the 3 weeks.

If resident and mentor would like to extend the 3 weeks, that is okay as well. All meetings will be held on CSM's private zoom network.

Michelle, CSM RSC will provide link to residents and mentor as well as get the resident involved.

We are in hopes to start program March 1 2021
