Tweens and Technology volunteer team will teach rising 3rd - 8th grade kids to code utilizing block coding, Python and Robotics.
No programming experience required. Volunteers will need to attend orientation to learn the platform.

Upcoming Opportunities:
Python Training
12-week virtual session which will be one evening during the week and a Saturday morning to teach 5th - 8th grade students Python. This will begin March 2021.
Weekly volunteer hours 3.5 hours. One evening during the week for 1 hour and a Saturday morning for 2.5 hours.
Summer Camp
1-week camp scheduled for July 12 - 16, 2021 from 9a - 4p.
Minimum of 2 hours per day or you can choose to a 1/2 day, full day shift. We ask camp volunteers if possible to commit for multiple days so the kids see consistency with the team. We hope to be onsite (Garner, NC), if COVID prohibits in person, then we will be virtual.

Tweens & Technology is a STEM learning experience and provides tech education throughout Raleigh/Durham, NC. STEM programming includes:
> Tweens & Tech Saturday events for grades 3-8 at held throughout the Raleigh-Durham area.
> 12-week Python training for rising 6-8 grade student.
> Annual 1-week full day camp for rising 3rd to 5th grade. Camp is held in Garner, NC.
