RYVIAS is a company with an ambitious vision to bring sustainability into the mainstream, using our micro-learning engine to educate the world in a positive, rewarding way, while bringing together like-minded people and helping them to make meaningful connections in the environmental field. We are working to create lasting positive change in actions and attitudes to achieve this vision.

As we move forward with our launch, we are looking for people that are excited about sustainability and can offer valuable skills to help support an education platform that rewards sustainable learning and living. If you have expertise in marketing, feel that you're tech savvy, have creative skills in video or are inspiring in front of a camera or behind a keyboard, we want you to join our remote working volunteer team!

A bit about the role:

We are looking for an individual with leadership experience to manage our volunteer team. The volunteer manager has a key role to play in ensuring all volunteers understand their roles, their tasks, and their value. The ideal candidate would have:

• Ability to lead by example
• Be able to support team to be the best they can be
• Ability to multi-task in the most effective way
• An Inspirational role model for team
• Attention to detail when maintaining records, planning and delivering
• Proven ability of developing people to achieve personal and organisational goals.
• Ability and willingness to work as part of a team
• Proven ability to give and receive feedback objectively and sensitively with a willingness to challenge constructively.
• Have effective time management and help others achieve
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Good communication skills
• Good organisation and time-management skills.
