As a result of the impact of COVID-19 the need for quality, affordable, and low-cost mental healthcare is increased. With the loss of jobs and income, as well as the fear of sickness and death has increased the stress experienced on a daily basis. With the loss of a job, healthcare is also taken. Now more than ever people need quality and affordable healthcare services to help cope with mental health challenges and stressors. OOTB, CCC is one of few low-cost mental health care practices that provide, free, and low-cost mental healthcare services to those in need. With the increased need, the demand has also increased. As a small NPO we do not have the staff or funding to assist us with the high demands of calls.
We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and professional virtual intake coordinator who can answer/return calls, take messages, schedule intake appointments, and route/forward calls to the appropriate clinician. If this is you or someone you know, please contact olivia@outoftheboxccc.com.
