Currently, we are focused on supporting individuals enrolled in our Fresh Start Program which promotes independent living skills to participants dealing with mental health diagnoses. Breakfast kits provides individuals with at least four days worth of breakfast items to support individuals throughout the program. All items included in the kit should be non-perishable and easy to prepare. All items must be new and unused and secured in a gallon (or larger) Ziploc bag.

Atlantic Outreach Group (AOG), is a community based 501(c)3 non-profit organization that is dedicated to empowering individuals and families by connecting them to resources needed for their success. We assist those that are overwhelmed by physical, mental, emotional, social and financial challenges, by providing resources that assist in making positive sustainable changes in their lives.
We understand the importance of having a network of support that shares in our mission to help those in need in under-serviced communities. Our dedication to creating partnerships to assist in providing wrap-around support services, is key to our success. AOG strives to bridge the gap in services needed and those available by offering referrals to reputable outside agencies as well as internal programs to individuals and families.
