The Friends of "R" House is currently seeking a volunteer with a documentable background in writing and editing.
We are a small membership-based historic house museum association that works in cooperation with the City of Moutain View for the benefit and continued interpretation of the oldest remaining home in Mountain View. We are a group of preservation-minded individuals looking to promote local history through the medium of a house museum. If you are interested in any of the above, please contact us today.
The Board of Directors is looking for a volunteer to help write and edit the content associated with a virtual tour exhibit expected to roll-out in May. Volunteers must have a working knowledge of Google Docs for use as a collaborating tool with board members working on this project and must also be available to attend Board and project-specific meetings.
You must have your own device to work on. All work is to be done remotely. Hours are flexible and we're willing to work with your schedule.
