Volunteers will work remote to complete administrative tasks and phone calls. Event manager will coordinate pick-up/drop-off of project supplies, if needed. While this opportunity is remote we prefer volunteers reside around the Union County or Mecklenburg County areas.

Common Heart is a non-profit that helps both families in crisis and those in the community to understand the causes of poverty and how to be part of the solution in practical ways. Common Heart has several food pantries (Common Cupboard) & boutique thrift shop (Common Things). Common Heart also offers several other services: free tax service, Getting Ahead Program, Bridges Out of Poverty Program and more.
