Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Content Creator to join our Team. We are poised for exponential growth as we work to expand our donor and sponsor network. This role will be responsible for creating content in alignment with our Marketing Strategy as created by our in-house Marketing Team. You will work with the Marketing Director.
This is a great opportunity for a creative and innovative professional to identify new solutions and carry out meaningful projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Job Description:
- Develop content and execution for the TikTok platform
- Plan and manage digital campaigns in accordance with the Marketing Strategy
- Define campaign timelines, benchmarks and analyze data on an ongoing basis to ensure goals are met and to make further recommendations
- Identify new areas of opportunity through data analytics, reporting and measurement tools
- Develop and execute organic, social media strategy to align with our marketing campaigns and actively addresses storytelling while driving growth
- Manage posting schedule and content (minimum 3-4 posts/week)
- Source visual content that reflects the spirit and vision of the company (photo, video, gifs)
- Work with creative to create monthly social calendar & plan content aligned to marketing calendar, and review content plan with Marketing Director
- Engage with and build social community
- Proactively comment and engage with posts on other like-minded brand accounts to gain new followers
- Provide monthly social performance reporting. Using data and insights to inform strategy and content development
In this role, you will be part of the Marketing team, handling day-to-day management of our TikTok account, helping build strategic plans for audience growth and engagement.
