The Fit and Food Connection is a non-profit organization serving our underserved communities in the St. Louis community. We provide holistic wellness offerings to low-income families and empower our clients to get healthy through our free fitness and nutrition programs.
We are currently looking for someone with experience in helping our team set up, maintain, and manage our Neon database system. We have recently integrated the Neon database system, a non-profit managing database, and need someone to assist with the overall continued setup and maintenance of the system. An example list of the duties this volunteer would perform:
Help with both system set up and data entry
Keep our mailing lists updated
Develop processes for optimizing database security
Maintain database donors
Help us to create and pull reports
Diagnose and troubleshoot database errors
Help with Quickbook and Mailchimp reconciliation
Manage database reports, visualizations, and dashboards
Create necessary policies and procedures for repeating database tasks
We are looking for individuals with database/administrative experience (preferably Neon experience) who are team players and willing to make a long-term commitment to changing lives with us. Description
The Fit and Food Connection is a non-profit organization that empowers people in need, in low-income areas throughout northern St. Louis, to get healthy through our 5 free programs. Our programs include our Organic Community Garden, our Food Assistance Program which is a healthy food pantry delivery, our Groupfit which provides group fitness classes, our Group Nutrition, which includes seminars on various wellness topics, and our One on One program, where health professionals work with individuals to help them reach their health goals. Our passion is creating healthy smiles and empowered individuals.
