Driver to transport donations! (Weekly on Mondays)

Hello Volunteer Driver! Cascade Relief Team is supplying food donations to the town Town of Otis Oregon,

This amazing and incredibly helpful opportunity provides food and supplies to those in need to the recently fire swept Town of Otis Oregon,

We have an agreement with a food distribution center in Gresham and a Caterer in Tigard Oregon,

Our awesome volunteer driving candidate would show up on Monday in Gresham for the first stop at 8:45am, You will check in and shop for food that is necessary for the week.

After leaving Gresham the second stop would take place in Tigard Oregon at a caterers shop, who will have food and supply items to take to Otis Oregon.

After both stops are complete you would then head down to our distribution center in Otis Oregon.

This is about 2.5 hours of driving and the typical day starts at 8:45 showing up to your first stop and arriving in Otis around 1pm.

Though this is a volunteer position we do our best to cover fuel costs whenever possible, if possible.

The ideal vehicle would be a full size van, SUV that can tow a cargo trailer, a truck with a long bed, etc. Cargo Trailers, or trucks with long beds with canopies work the best, as these loads take up quite a bit of room. By March we should have a trailer that can be used by the driver for these runs if needed.
